4 Construction overview
We are proceeding with construction to remove the rock mass on the Kitanomaki Tunnel, which is located between the Matsuida Myogi IC and Usui-Karuizawa IC on the Joshinetsu Expressway. In order to prevent pebbles that may be generated during the removal work from falling to the main line, rock shed * 1 superstructure work will be erected. In order not to cause any inconvenience to our customers, we will close the road on weekday nights when there is little traffic, and carry out the construction intensively and efficiently. This work is necessary to use Expressway safely and comfortably, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
