Expressway Sales Regulations Chapter 3 Payment Methods

Article 20

料金所における高速道路等の料金の支払いは、次条から第25条の2までに定めるもののほかは、現金によるものとします。ただし、当社が特に定めた場合は、当該定めによるものとします。

Article 21

At toll booths where the brand mark of the credit card is posted at the toll gate, you can pay for tolls on Expressway credit card with the brand mark on the ticket face.

2 The method of handling credit cards at toll gates shall be in accordance with the rules of membership, etc., as well as the rules provided by the issuer of the credit card (hereinafter referred to as the "credit card company" in this Article), in addition to the rules.

3 The payment method by credit card will be a one-time payment as defined by the credit card company. However, if the credit card company has stipulated to the card company that it can be handled by a payment method different from this, it is possible to do so.

4 Credit cards will be used only for one vehicle used by the person who is loaned by the credit card company each time you pass.

5 As a general rule, signatures are not required for credit card handling at toll gates.

6 クレジットカードによる料金の支払いは、料金全額についてのみの取扱いとし、現金、回数券、他のクレジットカードその他の支払手段との併用はできません。また、割増金、未納金、督促手数料、延滞金及び第25条の2第3項に定める後日支払い料金についてはクレジットカードによる支払いはできません。

7 The Company may suspend the payment of charges by credit card and request the user to pay by another payment method in the following cases.

3. three When a person different from the holder of the credit card uses or tries to use it
4. Four If the information on the credit card cannot be read by the machine installed at the toll booth
5. Five When a machine installed at a toll booth breaks down or other special circumstances occur in collecting tolls
6. Six When the credit card company does not pay all or part of the fee to us, or when there is a possibility of that

8 The Company may collect credit cards corresponding to Nos. 1 to 4 and No. 6 in the preceding paragraph at the request of the credit card company.

9 第7項各号に該当した場合、クレジットカードの使用により受けられる料金割引等のサービスを受けることはできません。ただし、当社が特に定めた場合は、当該定めによるものとします。

Article 22

At toll booths where the ETC mark is posted at the toll booth gate, you can pay for tolls on Expressway an ETC card.

2 料金所における当社が契約したETCカード発行者が発行するETCカードの取扱方法は、この規則及びETCシステム利用規程に定めるもののほか、当該ETCカード発行者の定める会員規約等によるものとします。

Article 23

回数券毎に当社が別に定める利用約款（以下｢回数券約款｣といいます。）に基づく道路又は区間において、当該回数券により高速道路等の料金を支払うことができます。

Article 24

当社は、利用可能な高速道路等、区間、車種及び期間等を指定して前売通行券を発行、販売する場合があります。前売通行券は、前売通行券毎に、当社が別に定める利用約款により取扱います。

Article 25

第20条、第21条、第23条及び前条の規定にかかわらず、スマートインターチェンジにおける高速道路等の料金の支払いは、スマートインターチェンジ通行時に通行車両の車載器に確実に挿入され、かつ、無線の交信により料金の徴収のために必要な情報を適正に記録できる状態にあるETCカードに限るものとします。

第25条の2

第20条、第21条、第23条及び第24条の規定にかかわらず、ETC専用料金所における高速道路等の料金の支払いは、ETC専用料金所通行時に通行車両の車載器に確実に挿入され、かつ、無線の交信により料金の徴収のために必要な情報を適正に記録できる状態にあるETCカードに限るものとします。

2 ETCシステムを利用しない利用者は、ETC専用のインターチェンジに進入した場合は、ETC専用料金所において、係員の指示に従い通行券を受け取り、又は高速道路等の料金を料金精算機により支払い、若しくは後日支払いする旨確約するものとします。ただし、供用約款第8条第1項に定めるその他会社が定める車両の運転者である場合は、高速道路等の料金の取扱いについて係員の指示に従うものとします。

3 前項の定めにより高速道路等の料金を後日支払いする場合、ETC専用料金所において、後日支払いとなった料金（以下「後日支払い料金」といいます。）等の請求のために、当社の係員は、利用者の確認を行います。確認に際しては運転免許証等利用者の住所、氏名がわかる身分証明書の提示及び撮影を求め、必要な事項を質問する場合があります。利用者は、当社の係員からの求めに応じるとともに、質問に答えなければなりません。

4 利用者は、当社の係員が行う後日支払いについての案内に従い、当社が指定した納入期限（以下「後日支払い納入期限」といいます。）までに、後日支払い料金の支払いを行うものとします。

5 利用者が民法第715条に規定する被用者として通行を行ったときは、当社は同条の規定により、当該利用者を使用する者に当該通行に係る後日支払い料金の支払いを求めることがあります。ただし、当該請求により利用者は支払い義務を免れるものではありません。

6 後日支払い納入期限までに後日支払い料金の全部又は一部の支払いがない場合の取扱いは、第19条の規定を準用します。その場合、「前条第3項」を「第25条の2第5項」に、「未納納入期限」を「後日支払い納入期限」に、「未納金」を「後日支払い料金」に、「督促状による」を「督促状その他の方法による」に、それぞれ読み替えるものとします。
