NEXCO EAST Aomori Management Office (Aomori City, Aomori Prefecture) will partially close the entrance and exit ramps of the E4 Tohoku Expressway Namioka Interchange (IC) at night as shown below to prevent reverse driving. ..
You can use the Namioka IC, but a detour is required to connect to the Tsugaru Expressway. Therefore, when you go out, please leave with plenty of time, and when you drive, please detour to National Highway 7, National Highway 101, Prefectural Highway 285, etc.
