NEXCO EAST Kitakami Management Office (Kitakami City, Iwate Prefecture) is located between the E4 Tohoku Expressway Kitakami Kanegasaki Interchange (IC) and the Kitakami Ezuriko IC, and the E46 Akita Expressway Kitakami.
