NEXCO EAST Kitakami Management Office (Kitakami City, Iwate Prefecture) is located between the Hanamaki Junction (JCT) and Towa Interchange (IC) on the E46 Kamaishi Expressway, Due to pavement repair work, etc., we will implement nighttime closure as follows.

  • September 1st (Wednesday) to 7th (Tuesday), 3rd year of Reiwa
    Every night from 20:00 to 6:00 the next day
  • [Preliminary days: Thursday, September 16th, Friday, September 17th, Monday, September 27th to Thursday, September 30th]
• [2] Between Hanamaki Airport IC and Towa IC on the Kamaishi Expressway
  • September 8th (Wednesday) to 15th (Wednesday), 3rd year of Reiwa
    Every night from 20:00 to 6:00 the next day
  • [Preliminary days: Thursday, September 16th, Friday, September 17th, Monday, September 27th to Thursday, September 30th]

• Closing at night is from 20:00 on weekdays to 6am the next morning.
  (Friday night construction will be done until 6 am on Saturday)
