NEXCO東日本仙台管理事務所（宮城県仙台市）は、社会福祉法人 大崎誠心会 障害者支援施設 すまいるあやめ（大崎市）と一緒に、12月10日（木）E4東北道長者原（ちょうじゃはら）サービスエリア（上り線）で花壇整備を行います。
当社グループでは、平成30年（2018年）から高速道路と福祉が連携した「高福（幸福）連携」として地域の福祉団体に作業の委託や協働を行うなど、地域活性化と障がい者の方々の就労促進を図る取り組みを進めています。今回の活動もその一環です。

2. What is Takafuku Koufu (happiness) cooperation?
(1) Origin of the name
The name was inspired by the "Agriculture and Welfare Cooperation," which is a collaboration between agriculture and welfare.
The logo mark puts the character "person" on the Expressway, our company on the right side and our partner on the left side, supporting each other. It is a design that looks like plus + and is associated with improvement.
(2) Contribution to SDGs
NEXCO EAST Group will work to revitalize the local community and solve social issues through the activities of "Takafuku (happiness) cooperation" in which Expressway and welfare work together.
