NEXCO EAST Yamagata Management Office (Yamagata City, Yamagata Prefecture) is a wire rope type lane division fence installation work from the E13 Tohoku-Chuo Expressway Yamagata Junction (JCT) to the Higashine Interchange (IC). Therefore, we will carry out night traffic closures as follows.
Therefore, when you go out, please leave with plenty of time, and when you drive, please make a detour to Route 13.
We apologize for the inconvenience to our customers, but this work is necessary to use the Expressway safely and comfortably. We will endeavor to minimize inconvenience to our customers, such as implementing traffic closures at night when traffic is decreasing. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Between Yamagata JCT and Higashine IC (upper and lower lines)
2020 September 28th (Mon)-October 16th (Fri) Every night from 20:00 to 6:00
[Preliminary days: October 19th (Monday) to 23rd (Friday)]
- Closing at night is from 20:00 on weekdays to 6am the next morning.
(Friday night construction will be done until 6 am on Saturday) - It may be canceled depending on the weather, so please check the latest information from websites such as "DraTra" when using the Expressway.

For passengers who leave the Expressway once due to a nighttime suspension and bypass the closed section and transfer again in the same direction, we will make a "transit adjustment" to adjust the toll according to the section used.
