NEXCO EAST Kitakami Management Office (Kitakami City, Iwate Prefecture) E4 Tohoku Expressway Kitakami Kanegasaki Interchange (IC) and Kitakami Ezuriko IC (upper and lower lines) and E46 Akita Expressway Kitakami Junction (JCT) → Kitakami Nishi IC (Out-bound line) will be closed at night due to construction work associated with updating guide signs.
