NEXCO EAST Fukushima Management Office (Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture) and Nexeria East Japan Tohoku Branch (Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture), in order to deliver more comfortable and convenient services, E4 Tohoku Expressway Kunimi Service Area (SA) (upper and lower lines) is undergoing facility renewal work (overall improvement).
Along with this, we will switch to temporary facilities (shops, toilets, etc.) due to the reconstruction work of the current facility. You can continue to use the SA facility (operating in a temporary facility), but the current parking space will be further reduced, and the construction will be done while limiting the parking lot and sidewalk area.
Congestion is expected as the number of parking spaces decreases, so please use the nearby SA and parking area (PA) and take a break to relax.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, as we will be reborn as a safer, more secure, more comfortable, and more convenient rest facility. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
The details of the regulations will be announced as soon as they are decided, along with the progress of construction work in the future.

- The large / small combined mass indicates the number of units that can be used as a large vehicle.
- In-bound line will decrease, so please use a nearby SA / PA.

- Switching construction of the temporary stand-temporary toilets: 2019 May 21 days from (Tuesday) 9:00
- Demolition work of existing building: From the end of May of the first 2019
