As of November 25th (Sunday), the two-way traffic restrictions that had been in place between Tsukidate IC and Ichinoseki IC on the E4 Tohoku Expressway Expressway due to renovation work on the aging bridge have ended.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by traffic congestion during the period. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation for the renewal work.

6. Future construction schedule

Similar bridge renewal work is scheduled for spring 2019 on the Tohoku Expressway in Miyagi Prefecture (between Tsukidate IC and Wakayanagi Kanari IC).
