NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office (Aoba Ward, Sendai City) and Miyagi Prefectural Road Corporation (Aoba Ward, Sendai City) Expressway Tour discount product "Tohoku Expressway Pass" for foreign tourists visiting Japan ( We will continue to sell Tohoku Expressway Pass after October.
1 What is Dorawari "Tohoku Expressway Pass"
For foreign tourists visiting the Tohoku region, this is a product that allows you to use the rental car (ETC car) on the Expressway in the Tohoku region as much as you want for a period of 2 to 14 days selected.
In order to allow foreign tourists visiting Japan to travel around the Tohoku region, where attractive tourist destinations, local specialties and local cuisine are widely scattered, safely, securely, comfortably and efficiently using the Expressway, Sales started on Sunday, November 1, 2015.
2 Sale period
We will continue to sell after October 1, 2016 (Saturday).
*The sales period from "until September 30, 2016 (Friday)" will be extended for the time being.
3 Target customers
Those who have a foreign passport or Japanese who have a permanent residence in a foreign country
(However, it is limited to those who have a driver's license that can be used in Japan)
At the time of application, we will verify your passport or proof of permanent residence and your driver's license.
