NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office (Aoba Ward, Sendai City) and Nex-area Company Limited Tohoku Branch (Aoba Ward, Sendai City) have recently developed "Sendai Shirayuri Presents Roll Cake Yogurt" jointly developed with Sendai Shirayuri Women's University (Izumi Ward, Sendai City). A jam roll cake made with Miyagi prefecture plain yogurt blended whipped cream and Miyagi prefecture strawberries. The whipped cream has a moist texture and is finished with a mild sweetness. Rice flour from Miyagi Prefecture is used for the dough, and it has a chewy texture and is kneaded with crushed dry strawberry.
