NEXCO EAST Tohoku Branch (Sendai-shi Aoba-ku), aiming at the early winter tire replacement, will aim to raise a safe driving of snow road driving, in the coming snowfall period, for winter use on expressway We will investigate the mounting condition of the tire and announce the result.
Compared with the previous survey (conducted on November 25th), the winter tire installation rate was higher in the entire Tohoku region, and it was the same level as last year. Since winter tires have not been installed, please replace them with early winter tires. In the Tohoku region, snowfall is expected in full-scale winter, so please drive safely when using the Expressway.
NEXCO EAST will continue to carry out a wide range of educational activities through traffic safety campaigns.
