NEXCO East Japan Tohoku Regional Head Office (Aoba Ward, Sendai City) established a disaster prevention headquarters after the earthquake that occurred off Miyagi Prefecture at 23:32 on April 7, 2011.
The Tohoku Expressway Hiraizumi Maesawa IC-Misawa IC (In-bound) is being temporarily restored due to the earthquake, but the construction is expected to be completed by the morning of April 10th. I will let you know.
