NEXCO EAST Sendai Management Office (Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture) will repair bridges damaged by the Tohoku-Pacific Ocean Earthquake between the Sendai East Sendai-Tobu Road Sendai East Interchange (IC) and Sanriku Expressway Rifu Junction (JCT). Therefore, we will close the road as follows.
We apologize for the inconvenience to our customers, but we are proceeding with the construction with the expectation that the emergency restoration will be completed by the end of March, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
1. Closed section
Sendai-Tobu Road Sendai East IC-Sanriku Expressway Rifu JCT (Out-bound line)
- In-bound line, we are currently closing the road.
2. Closed date and time
(1) Sunday, March 27, 2011, from 5:00 to 22:00 (planned)
(2) Tuesday, March 29, 2011 from 20:00 to 6:00 the following day (〃)
