NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office (Aoba Ward, Sendai City) and Nex-area Company Limited Morioka Branch (Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture) invited Hotel Taikan Managing Director and Executive Chef Iguchi Iguchi to the northeastern Expressway service area (SA).・A parking area (PA) snack corner menu development workshop will be held.
In this workshop, the person in charge of cooking at each SAPA snack corner participates in order to develop new autumn/winter menus and improve cooking techniques so that the rich local ingredients from the three northeastern north prefectures can be eaten easily at the SAPA snack corner. It will be held for the first time this time.
