NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office (Aoba Ward, Sendai City, Regional Head Office President: Mikio Kashima) will offer the following discounts to commemorate the opening of the Joban Expressway Yamamoto Interchange (IC) to Watari IC. ..
1 Implementation details
A certain amount of discount will be given for each vehicle type (200 yen for ordinary cars).
Applicable to all ETC and general vehicle models. However, it will not be applied in duplicate with the ETC time zone discount.
2 Implementation period
31 days from Saturday, September 12, 2009 to Monday, October 12

- For receipts/certificates handed to you at the toll booth, roadside displays at the toll booth, internet usage inquiry service, payment invoices for credit cards, etc., only the amount of charges after the opening commemoration campaign is applied will be announced. Discount names are not shown.
- If you meet the requirements for applying the ETC time zone discount, the one that is cheaper than the price of the opening commemoration campaign will be applied.
- Customers using the disability discount system will receive approximately half of the opening commemorative campaign fee.
