NEXCO EAST Tohoku Tohoku Regional Head Office (Aoba-ku, Sendai city, Regional Head Office president: Mikio Kashima) is the 8th event of this year that brings together tourism, culture and food from 6 prefectures in Tohoku. "Highway Communication in Tohoku 2009" (hereinafter referred to as "Hicomi") I will inform you about the event.

We are looking forward to the arrival of many people at the venue, as we will make you enjoy the lively energy and charm of Tohoku and make new discoveries of Tohoku.

1 Event concept

Hikomi aims to revitalize exchanges between regions by gathering and introducing tourism, culture, food, etc. from the six prefectures of Tohoku in Sendai in one place, and having many customers rediscover the attractions of the six prefectures of Tohoku. This is an event and will be held by the "Haiheijinjin Net Net Regional Liaison Committee" organized by the NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office Office and the administrative agencies of each region of the 6 prefectures of Tohoku and tourist associations.
