NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office (Regional Head Office, Sendai City Aoba Ward, Manager: Mikio Kashima) and Nex-area Company Limited Sendai Branch (Sendai City Aoba Ward, Branch Manager: Akira Nakano) We would like to inform you that the "NEXCO EAST 2nd New Menu Contest Sendai Block Qualifying Meeting" will be held for restaurants in the service areas (SA) and parking areas (PA) of Miyagi and Fukushima Prefectures.
In order to provide customers who use SA/PA with hearty dishes that will make you feel “delicious” more than ever, we will refer to local specialties or use local ingredients, The head chef of the SA/PA restaurants (12 stores) in Miyagi and Fukushima Prefecture is acting under the theme of "oriented, low-calorie local cuisine".
On the day, two of the 12 works will be contested with the aim of exhibiting at the "NEXCO EAST 2nd New Menu Contest" held in Tokyo.
The 12 works that will be exhibited at the qualifying session will be on sale at the SA and PA restaurants from December 1st, so please enjoy them.

The chefs of SA/PA restaurants (12 stores) in Miyagi and Fukushima prefecture will present their works and compete. The local gourmet gold medal winning menu will be exhibited at the "NEXCO EAST 2nd New Menu Contest" (held in Tokyo).

NEXCO EAST offers local specialty products, locally harvested vegetables, and local specialties that can only be eaten there, with the keyword "Hana-zukuri", depending on the location conditions of each SA/PA. We aim for a unique service.
