From November 1, 2005, continue to run ETC at Yudonoyama IC and Gassan IC (Nishikawa Main Line Toll Gate), and on each Expressway section that sandwiches Gassan Road (general national road 112) If you drive* that meets the conditions for applying the commuting discount, the commuting discount will be applied to both sections. (ETC commuting discount is applied only for the first time during the morning and evening hours [6-9 pm, 5 pm-7 pm], when traveling within 100 km by ETC wireless communication.)
East Japan Expressway Co., Ltd. will continue to actively work on various services in order to use ETC more comfortably.
If you do not have an ETC, please do not miss this opportunity to become “more and more comfortable and profitable with ETC” and consider purchasing an ETC.

From commuting discount hours (6-9 pm) in the morning on Tuesday, November 1, 2005
- For Yamagata Expressway (Yudonoyama IC-Sakata Minato IC), whether the ETC discount is appropriate or not is determined by the transit time at each toll gate.
