NEXCO EAST Joetsu Management Office (Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture) will hold an awards ceremony for the top prize winners, including the Grand Prize and Excellence Prize winners, of the 13th Joetsu Art Exhibition at the Joetsu City Civic Plaza on Saturday, November 23rd.
This event, now in its 13th year, is an art exhibition aimed at elementary school students who will be the next generation of people living along the Expressway under the jurisdiction of the Joetsu Management Office, to learn the wonder of drawing and the importance of having dreams, as well as to deepen their interest and understanding of Expressway operations.
This time, we received 548 entries from elementary school students in Joetsu City, Itoigawa City, Myoko City, Shinano Town, Kamiminochi District, Nagano Prefecture, and Asahi Town, Toyama Prefecture.

The top 12 works out of the 50 selected works were submitted by 12 students (11 schools), who will be presented with certificates of commendation by the Director of our Joetsu Management Office.
