NEXCO東日本新潟支社（新潟市中央区）は、E18上信越自動車道（以下「上信越道」）、E17関越自動車道（以下「関越道」）において、舗装補修工事等を行うため、サービスエリア（以下「SA」）、パーキングエリア（「PA」）、及びインターチェンジ（以下「IC」）の閉鎖を実施します。
お客さまには大変ご迷惑をおかけしますが、お出かけの際には時間にゆとりをもっていただき、近隣のSA・PA・IC等をご利用いただきますよう、ご理解とご協力をお願いします。

長野方面から妙高SAをご利用のお客さまにつきましては、妙高SA閉鎖のため、手前の小布施PA、黒姫野尻湖PA及び先の新井PAをご利用下さい。なお黒姫野尻湖PAについては、閉鎖期間中混雑が予想されるため、近隣休憩施設のご利用もご検討下さい。

②Closed Nakago IC exit on In-bound Joshin-Etsu Expressway (1/2)
For customers coming from the Joetsu area using Nakago IC, please use the local roads from Joetsu Takada IC or Arai Smart IC before Nakago IC as the exit for the In-bound lanes will be closed.
The detour will increase travel time, so please allow yourself plenty of time when traveling.
- Arai Smart IC is only available for ETC vehicles.

3. Construction overview
上信越道 下り線 妙高SAランプ部、上り線 中郷IC出口ランプ部及び関越道 下り線 土樽PAランプ部において、損傷した路面の補修を行います。
お客さまへ極力ご迷惑をおかけしないよう、交通量が少ない時間帯に通行止めを行い、工事を集中的かつ効率的に実施します。安全・快適に高速道路をご利用いただくために必要な工事ですので、ご理解とご協力をお願いします。
