NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) E7 Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway From Niigata Airport Interchange (IC) to Arakawa Tonai IC, we will carry out night traffic closures for the two-way traffic section due to pavement repair work.
