NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Niigata Chuo-ku) is a Expressway in four places of the service area of the (SA) and parking area (PA), Expressway jointly with the beginning and the relevant organizations of the traffic police, traffic safety campaign I will carry it out.
In this campaign, before the severe winter season (about 2.3 times compared to the normal season), where many traffic accidents occur, we encourage customers to install winter tires early and drive safely on winter roads with related organizations. We are aiming for "zero" fatal accidents.
