NEXCO EAST Nagaoka Management Office (Nagaoka City) will be on the E8 Hokuriku Expressway Yoneyama Service Area (SA) In-bound line on Monday, September 9 as part of the "Flower and Green Peace Highway Garden R Project", Kashiwazaki City Whale Wave. We will work with the elementary school students to build a flower bed.
This is the 9th time for this initiative.

3 Contents
We will plant flower seedlings and care for the flowers planted in the spring with everyone from Kashiwazaki Municipal Kurenami Elementary School. The total number of pansies cultivated by the students of Niigata Prefectural Nagaoka Agricultural High School is about 600.

The "Flower and Green Yasugi Highway Garden R Project" aims to convert resting areas such as gardens into comfortable and easy-to-use spaces, and develops "Highway Garden R" with the aim of creating regional characteristics and cooperating with the area. However, this is a project we are promoting to provide customers with an even more relaxing and healing space.
