NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) E8 Hokuriku Expressway Niigata West Interchange (IC) and E7 Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway At Niigata Kameda Interchange (IC), some entrances will be closed at night due to sign replacement work.
We apologize for the inconvenience to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation as it is necessary to use Expressway safely and comfortably.
