The Hokuriku Expressway Nagaoka Kita Smart IC (Interchange), which has been under development by Nagaoka City and East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. (NEXCO EAST), will open on Saturday, March 25 at 14:00. Nagaoka city of smart IC opening, Kan-Etsu Expressway two places first followed by Minami Nagaoka Koshiji smart IC (10 points eyes Prefecture), and subdivision plans to prospect the 2020 fiscal year "Nagaokakita smart distribution Industrial Complex (tentative name)" It is expected to attract companies to the area and promote wide-area exchanges with the northern part of Nagaoka City such as Teradomari.
In addition, the city planning road Makiyamacho Kamegai Line that Niigata Prefecture has been developing will be opened on the same day.
