NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) welcomes Kenjiro Shinozuka, the rally driver who won the first Japanese overall victory in Paris-Dakar Rally, as an instructor to set up a driving school for improving safe driving skills on snowy roads.
