Niigata Regional Head Office
NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) will be dispatching a snow removal vehicle for snow and ice protection work on the Expressway in winter on October 21 (Friday) Yuzawa Management Office and Joetsu Management Office, November It will be held on Friday 11th at Nagaoka Management Office and Niigata Management Office.
In Niigata Regional Head Office jurisdiction, it is positioned as a snow and ice countermeasure period from November 10 (*1) to April 15 of the following year, and snow and ice countermeasure work to ensure safe and smooth traffic of Expressway I will carry it out.
In the dispatch type, before the snow and ice measures period, each management office will hold a safety prayer festival to pray for no accidents in winter and a demonstration run with snowplows.
