NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) temporarily leaked from the Ban-Etsu Expressway Niitsu Interchange (IC) to prevent running out of fuel on the Expressway, and at a designated gas station (GS) outside the Expressway. even if you make a refueling, if it is possible to flow again to the same IC to within 1 hour, if the fee was traveling without down to the IC to our customers was the original purpose is the same "Expressway outside the gas station refueling services (Off-the-road refueling service) Social experiment" will be conducted.
The social experiment is limited to ETC vehicles.
1 Implementation period, application place
(1) Implementation period: One year from Saturday, July 16, 2016 (until July 15, 2017)

2 Implementation summary
Currently, Ban-Etsu Expressway for GS of the Agano River service area (SA) (Niigata Prefecture Higashikanbara-gun, Aga Town) is closed, Ban-Etsu Expressway from Bandai SA (Fukushima Prefecture Yama-gun Bandai-machi) Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway Arakawa There is no GS in the section of the Wombai IC (Murakami City Minamishinbo) (about 150 km) and the section of the Hokuriku Expressway Kurosaki PA (Nishigata City Nishi Ward) (about 120 km), so it is a blank section.
We have been selling gasoline cans at Aganogawa SA as a measure to prevent running out of fuel, but as a further improvement of service, we are now using the GS outside the Expressway eliminate the anxiety of running out of fuel. We will conduct a social experiment with ETC vehicles only for a limited time with the aim of improving the convenience of customers.
3 Application conditions (main points to keep in mind)
- This applies to customers who have landed at Niitsu IC and refueled with a designated GS for the purpose of refueling.
- ETC vehicles only (Vehicle types do not matter, cash vehicles are not eligible).
- Since GS will check the ETC card, please contact the Niitsu Toll Gate staff using the special intercom installed in the GS office.
- Within 1 hour after exiting the Niitsu IC, please return to the Expressway from the Niitsu IC. It is intended for use in the direction you were driving before getting off the Niitsu IC.

The equipment on the left is installed in the designated GS, and the price will be adjusted through the equipment.
◆Flow of charge adjustment (outline)
(1) Please contact the tollgate staff by the intercom provided.
(2) Hold the ETC card over the intercom.
The toll booth staff will check the ETC card* number.

(3) You will be billed at a later date after adjusting for direct charges.
