For customers traveling from the northeastern part of the Kanto region to the Chuetsu region of Niigata prefecture by using ETC (ETC driving) of ordinary cars and light cars (including motorcycles).
One round trip toll from the departure/arrival area (Northeast Kanto) to the tour area (Yuzawa IC-Nagaoka IC on the Kan-Etsu Expressway Expressway and Yoneyama IC-Sanjo Tsubame IC on the Hokuriku Expressway) is a great deal that allows you to get on and off freely within the tour area.
