NEXCO EAST Niigata Management Office (Konan Ward, Niigata City) is being developed by Niigata City and East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. In commemoration of the opening, we will hold the opening ceremony for the Niigata East Smart IC.
We are also looking for customers to participate in this ceremony.
1 Business start ceremony
Saturday, March 26, 2016 1:45 pm to 1:55 pm
(Please drive in the already opened section after the start of operation of Niigata East Smart IC)
2 Business Start Ceremony Location
Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway Niigata East Smart IC (conducted in front of ETC gate)
3 Business start ceremony
We will apply in advance using the "application method" below, and present the "souvenir" to the first 10 customers who flow in from Niigata East Smart IC.
(The customer with the first reception will be the first rider.)
4 How to apply for customers who want to participate in the opening ceremony
Please follow the procedure below to apply in advance.
- How to apply:
Please come to the reception desk directly during the reception period. Numbered tickets will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. You cannot apply by phone.
The Niigata East Smart IC is exclusively for ETC, so the vehicle of the customer applying for it must be able to use ETC.
Also, be sure to bring a certificate that can identify you (driver's license, etc.). - Reception place:
Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway Niigata Airport Interchange Toll Gate (Office)
・Please note that this is different from the toll booth at the ceremony venue.
・Please use the customer parking lot outside the toll booth - Reception period:
From Thursday, March 17 to Wednesday, March 23 from 10 am to 4 pm
*Reception will end when the first 10 cars arrive. - Notes:
We are strictly refusing to wait until Expressway around Niigata Higashi Smart IC, public roads, and parking lots for private facilities.
