NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) is located between the Yuzawa Interchange (IC) and Minakami IC (in the Kanetsu Tunnel) on the Kan-Etsu Expressway (In-bound line) so that customers can use the Expressway safely, safely and comfortably. We will inform you that we will carry out traffic closures due to disaster drills and tunnel emergency equipment inspections.
