NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) is located between the Ban-Etsu Expressway Tsugawa Interchange (IC) and Yasuda IC, and the Joshin-Etsu Expressway Shinanomachi IC-Joetsu Junction, so that customers can use the Expressway safely and comfortably.
