NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) and Nexeria East Japan Niigata Branch (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) target eight food court stores in the service area (SA) and parking area (PA) in Niigata and Toyama Prefecture.
