NEXCO EAST Niigata Management Office (Kanan Ward, Niigata City) will sequentially close the entrance and exit lanes at the Tokai Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway Seiro Shibata Interchange (IC) tollgate to repair the pavement of each tollgate lane I will inform you about the construction work.
We apologize for the inconvenience to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation as it is necessary to carry out the work safely and comfortably on the Expressway.

Driving method when the lane is closed
It is expected that it will take longer than usual to use the toll booth at the time of closure, so please use it with plenty of time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Customers using cash/credit card, etc., please stop and pay the toll to the toll gate staff.
Please be careful when traveling as some ETC customers may stop temporarily. - Monday, October 21st 9:00am-Saturday, October 26th 6:00am [Exit/ ETC Lane closed]

Customers who have run ETC at the entrance toll gate, General Please stop at the lane and hand over your ETC card to the toll gate staff. It will be processed at the toll for ETC travel.

Customers using ETC, General Please stop at the lane and pick up your pass.
At that time, the guide will give you a guide leaflet, so at the exit toll gate at the destination, General Please use the lane. If you hand the Seiro Shibata passport, information leaflet, and ETC card to the tollgate staff at the exit tollgate, the toll will be processed as an ETC drive. (Excuse me when calling out from each smart IC dedicated to ETC, but please call the staff. The staff will handle it.)
