For customers traveling from Kanto area through Niigata Prefecture by using ETC (ETC driving). It is a set of one round-trip from the departure and arrival area (Metropolitan area or Kanto northeast) and the tour area (Niigata prefecture), and use of the Expressway in the tour area (free entry and exit within the period).
There are 4 plans available, one for the Tokyo metropolitan area and one for the Kanto Tohoku region, and another for the two-day and three-day types, depending on the arrival/departure area and period of use. (Our website "DraPla Prior application is required. )

From Friday, August 30, 2013 to Sunday, November 24 (Application period on our website)

From Friday, September 6, 2013 to Monday, November 25, 2 or 3 consecutive days
3. Use section
