NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Nishi-ku, Niigata City) will enforce one night lane regulation and one day/night consecutive lane regulation on Expressway in Niigata Prefecture due to pavement repair work, etc. from August 22 (Monday) as follows: I will let you know.
