NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Niigata Nishi-ku, Regional Head Office length: Yoshio Shiraishi), the out of the year-end and New Year holidays of this year, those in the 12 days of December 2008 24 days (Wed.) to January 4, 2009 (Sunday) We have summarized the traffic conditions on the Expressway within the Regional Head Office.
