NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Nishi-ku, Niigata city, Regional Head Office: Yoshio Shiraishi) will be held on the Hokuriku Expressway following the 2007 Niigata Chuetsu-oki Earthquake that occurred at 10:13 on Monday, July 16, 2007. Regarding the closed roads, we will cancel the following for some sections where the emergency restoration of the disaster area has been completed.
When passing, please follow the speed limits and drive safely.

Regarding the above-mentioned closed sections, we are proceeding with restoration work such as correction of pavement level differences and detailed tunnel inspections day and night. We'll let you know as soon as we're ready to lift the road.
