Hokuriku Expressway Nou IC-Joetsu IC free toll measures

Due to the damage caused by the Niigata Chuetsu-oki Earthquake that occurred on July 16, 2007, we implemented the following free traffic measures on the Hokuriku Expressway as a countermeasure for the detour vehicle of General National Route 8 which is closed. Target vehicle:
Vehicles that pass only between the Hokuriku Expressway Nou IC and Joetsu IC

• Vehicles passing over this section are not eligible for free. Please note that if you use a section other than between the Nou IC, Meitani Tanihama IC and Joetsu IC, the relevant measures will not be applied and you will have to pay the full toll of the section actually used. ..
  (Examples where no free measures are applied: Nou IC-Joetsutakada IC, Toyama IC-Joetsu IC)
• When using with ETC, it will be displayed on the charge display and ETC use inquiry service, but it will not be charged.
