On Expressway in Niigata Prefecture during the Golden Week period, it is predicted that there will be 5 km or more of congestion on the Joshin-Etsu Expressway Wednesday, May 3 to Saturday, May 6.
On other Expressway prefecture, congestion of more than 5km is not expected.
