NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture), in cooperation with Ibaraki, Tochigi, and Gunma Prefectures (hereinafter referred to as "the three prefectures"), has been offering the "Kita-Kanto Round Trip Free Pass," an ETC vehicle-only discount service that allows unlimited rides on Expressway within the three prefectures at a fixed price, in order to promote tourism and Expressway use, since April 1, 2023 (Saturday).
We are pleased to announce that 2024 will start accepting applications for use from April 1 (Mon.) at 2024 from 2:00 p.m. on March 15 (Fri.). Please check 2024 for the following changes for use starting on April 1 (Mon.).

  Please be aware that Hanazono IC will be changed from the metropolitan area to the excursion area.
• Benefits of use
  If you present the ``complimentary ticket screen'' or ``printed copy of the complimentary coupon'' at Fukaya Hanazono Premium Outlets, you will receive a ``coupon sheet'' that can be used from the same day. The nearest one is Hanazono IC, so please stop by.

• We are also currently selling the service for applications and start of use up to Sunday, March 31 2024.
• We are running a campaign in which additional ETC mileage points will be awarded if you apply for and use Dorawari, which is sold by our company, on weekdays only. Please check the URL below for details.

Four. Target area

• Only major ICs and JCTs are listed for the metropolitan area departure area and tour area.
• This discount does not apply to toll roads managed by the Metropolitan Expressway, Gaikan Expressway, and other local road corporations, and a separate fee is required.
• Starting from 2024, Hanazono IC will change from a metropolitan area departure/arrival area to a sightseeing area.
