NEXCO EAST Tokorozawa Management Office (Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture) has been working on the project with Miyoshi Town to open the Tokyo entrance/exit of the Miyoshi Smart Interchange (hereinafter referred to as the "Smart IC") on the E17 Kan-Etsu Expressway (hereinafter referred to as the "Kan-Etsu Expressway Expressway") at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 10, 2024 To commemorate this, an opening ceremony will be held to present commemorative gifts to the first customers (from cars 1 to 5) to arrive at the entrance.
We will also inform you about the advance registration method for first-come, first-served customers who will be using Kan-Etsu Expressway from the smart IC (In-bound lanes) toward Tokyo.
Customers who have not been selected are asked to refrain from parking or stopping their vehicles near the smart interchange while waiting for the interchange to open, as this may cause congestion on the surrounding roads.

3. 3. Implementation content

　下記4．の事前受付にて当選された5名のお客さまを対象に、「一番乗り」の通行認定証及び記念品を贈呈します。（1号車から5号車の順番についても抽選にて決定し、あわせてお知らせします。）
　なお、参加費は無料です。

1. Application method
   • Please apply from the dedicated application form during the reception period.
   • We do not accept applications over the phone.
   • 三芳スマートICはETC専用となりますので、ETCの利用が必須となります。
   • If the number of applicants exceeds the planned number, we will conduct a strict lottery.
     We will notify you of the lottery results by email to the winners.
