NEXCO EAST　Nagano Management Office (Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture) will hold a ceremony to commemorate the opening of the Chikuhoku Smart Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "Smart IC") on E19 Nagano Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Nagano Road"), which has been promoted in cooperation with Chikuhoku Village, by presenting the Chikuhoku Smart IC entrance (Out-bound line toward Nagano) to the first customer who passes through the Smart IC. The first customer to pass through the Chikuhoku Smart IC will be presented with a pass-through certificate and a commemorative gift at the opening ceremony.

​The 10 customers selected in ``4. Application method'' below will receive a ``passage certificate'' and ``souvenir.'' (The order of cars No. 1 to No. 10 will also be determined by lottery and will be announced at the same time.)

◆How to apply◆

• Please apply from the dedicated application form during the reception period.
• We do not accept applications over the phone.
• Chikuhoku Smart IC is for ETC only, so it is mandatory to use ETC.
• If the number of applicants exceeds the planned number, we will conduct a strict lottery.

Notification of lottery results will be replaced by e-mail to the winners.

From 14:00 on Tuesday, November 28, 2020 to 23:59 on Thursday, December 7

• On the day of the opening, waiting near the Chikuhoku Smart IC is strictly prohibited as it will cause a nuisance to the surrounding residents.
