We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you can have plenty of time when you go out.

   Monday, October 16, 2020, from 20:00 to 5:00 the next morning

   Preparation day:

   Tuesday, October 17, 2020, from 20:00 to 5:00 the next morning

   Thursday, October 19, 2020, from 20:00 to 5:00 the next morning

   Preparation day:

   Friday, October 20, 2020, from 20:00 to 5:00 the next morning

   

   

   • In stormy weather, it will be postponed to the spare day.
   • The decision to carry out construction will be announced on X (formerly Twitter) etc. around 5:00 pm on the day of construction.

2. Detour

Please refer to the diagram below for detours.
Due to the detour, the required time will be longer, so please leave with plenty of time.

In the case of closed point ①

[Detour I] When going to Oizumi from Route 298

　As indicated by the blue arrow, take National Route 298 toward Oizumi and join the main line at Kawaguchi Nishi IC.
If you detour from Soka IC to Kawaguchi Nishi IC, it will take about 10 minutes (usually about 7 minutes).

In the case of closed point ②

[Detour II] When going to Oizumi from Gaikando Inner Loop

　As indicated by the pink arrow, exit Misato-Chuo IC and follow Route 298 toward Oizumi.
If you detour from Misato Chuo IC to Soka IC, it will take about 11 minutes (usually about 7 minutes).

[Detour III] When going to Oizumi from Joban Expressway

　As indicated by the orange arrow, exit Misato IC and follow National Route 298 toward Oizumi.
If you detour from Misato IC to Soka IC, it will take about 9 minutes (usually about 6 minutes).

[Detour IV] When going to Oizumi from Metropolitan Expressway No. 6 Misato Line

　As indicated by the green arrow, exit Misato IC and follow Route 298 toward Oizumi.
If you detour from Misato IC to Soka IC, it will take about 9 minutes (usually about 6 minutes).

3. Construction overview

The Soka IC ramp on the inner loop road will be closed at night to replace a damaged telescopic device.
Since the section where this work is to be performed is a single lane, it is necessary to close the ramp for the work to be carried out because it is not possible to perform the work with normal lane restrictions.
Therefore, in order to minimize inconvenience to customers, the ramp will be closed during the nighttime on weekdays when traffic volume is low, so that work can be carried out intensively and efficiently. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary for the safe and comfortable use of Expressway.
