1. 1. Closing location and date and time

1. Closure location:
   Yokoyokomichi Up and down lines Kinugasa IC entrance ramp (from Prefectural Route 26)

   September 4, 2020 (Monday)

   From 22:00 pm to 5:00 the next morning

   Preparation day:

   September 5th (Tue) and 6th (Wed), 2023

   Every day from 22:00 to 5:00 the next morning

2. Detour

Refer to the figure below for detours.

• Yokoyokomichi In-bound Line Kinugasa IC ⇒ If you detour Yokosuka IC as shown by the blue arrow in the figure below, it will take about 10 minutes (usually about 6 minutes).
• Yokoyokomichi Out-bound Line Kinugasa IC ⇒ If you detour from Maborikaigan IC as shown by the red arrow in the figure below, it will take about 17 minutes (usually about 6 minutes).

• Please note that if you use Sawara IC or Uraga IC, you cannot go to Maborikaigan IC.

3. Construction overview

Yoko-Yokomichi Up-and-down lines At the Kinugasa IC entrance ramp, we will carry out reverse-driving countermeasure construction (road markings, color pavement) to prevent reverse-driving onto Expressway.
The section where this work will be carried out is a single lane, and since construction cannot be carried out under normal lane restrictions, it is necessary to work with the ramp closed. In order to minimize inconvenience to customers, the ramp will be closed at night on weekdays when traffic is light, and construction will be carried out intensively and efficiently.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary for safe and comfortable use of Expressway.

Four. How to obtain traffic information

(1) Guidance by distribution / posting

• Notice signs, posters and leaflets will be posted at toll booths and rest facilities nearby.
• A banner will be posted on the overpass on the Expressway.
