3. Construction overview

Since the sound insulation wall has been damaged (chalked) at the Kawaguchi JCT ramp heading from the outer circumference of the Gaikan Road to the Tohoku ExpresswayOut-bound Line and the Metropolitan Takakawaguchi Line, we will carry out sound insulation wall replacement work.
The section where this work is carried out is one lane, and since it is not possible to carry out construction with normal lane regulations, it is necessary to close the ramp and work.
Therefore, in order to cause as little inconvenience to customers as possible, we will close the lamps on weeknights when there is little traffic and carry out construction intensively and efficiently. This construction is necessary for safe and comfortable use of the Expressway, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
