NEXCO EAST At the Tokyo Gaikan Construction Office (Nerima-ku, Tokyo), C3 Gaikan Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Gaikan Road") Inner Oizumi Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC") We will be closed at night to carry out bridge erection work at the exit ramp.
Due to this IC closure, detours on ordinary roads may become congested, so please check the road information when you go out and use it with plenty of time.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding and cooperation.

2. Detour

Customers traveling on the outer ring road (inner loop) and using the Oizumi IC exit will exit at Wako IC, use "Sasame-dori" or "Oizumi-gakuen-dori" and head toward "Mejiro-dori". Please take a detour. Please refer to the diagram below for detours. In addition, it is possible to pass to the direction of Kan-Etsu Expressway (Out-bound line).
If you detour between the outer ring road Wako IC and Oizumi IC as shown in the figure below, the required time is expected to take about 20 minutes (usually about 5 minutes).
Due to the detour, the required time will be longer, so please leave with plenty of time.

3. Construction overview

Outer Ring Road Inner Loop At the ramp at the exit of Oizumi IC, a bridge will be erected along with the construction of the Tokyo Outer Ring Road (Kanetsu-Tomei). In this construction, the bridge piers pre-assembled in the construction site work area will be erected using a large crane. Since construction cannot be carried out under normal lane restrictions, it is necessary to keep the IC exit ramp closed during construction in consideration of safety. Therefore, in order to minimize inconvenience to customers, the ramp will be closed at night on weekdays when traffic is light, and construction will be carried out intensively and efficiently. We ask for your understanding and cooperation. In addition, the Tokyo Gaikan Project plans to continue to close the Gaikan Expressway and the Kan-Kan-Etsu Expressway. Details will be announced later.

Four. How to obtain traffic information
