At the NEXCO EAST Keihin Management Office (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture), at the E16 Yokohama Yokosuka Road (hereinafter referred to as "Yokoyokomichi") Zushi Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC"), the ramp due to the completion of the slope surface restoration work. In order to restore the shape of the connection and to carry out repair work on the pedestrian bridge by Zushi City, night lamps will be closed (partially day and night).

3. Construction overview

At Yokoyokomichi Zushi IC, we temporarily changed the connection shape of the ramp due to the restoration work due to the slope collapse that occurred in July 2021. We will carry out construction to restore the state before the collapse. In addition, Zushi City will also carry out repair work on the pedestrian bridge on the ramp. Since it is not possible to carry out these works under normal lane restrictions, it is necessary to work with the ramps closed.
Therefore, in order to minimize inconvenience to customers, the ramp will be closed mainly at night on weekdays when traffic is light, and construction will be carried out intensively and efficiently. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary for safe and comfortable use of the Expressway.
